Being new technology and with all of the horror stories in the run up to Christmas about imported hover boards we were really nervous about choosing a board for our daughter. We chose a Revoboard as although not the cheapest on the market, its a UK company and had some positive reviews for service.
When the big day came it became apparent that the board had a glitch.
With fingers crossed I emailed the guys at Revoboard for help on Boxing Day and was really pleasantly surprised to get a very polite answer back very quickly with some helpful advice on what might be the issue but more importantly with reassurance that if need be they'd back up their promises and replace the board if need be.
This instantly gave us confidence that we weren't going to be left in the lurch.
As it turned out it wasn't a quick fix and a couple of days later when we had tested it out to make sure we got back in touch. Revoboard had no hesitation in offering us a replacement board and arranged a courier to deliver it and take the original away at the same time. The new one works great, it looks and feels a quality item and is getting a lot of use.

As with any electrical item they tend to either work trouble free straight out of the box or not and we have all experienced this. But its how a company responds when something goes wrong which can set them apart. Revoboard went above and beyond our expectations especially over the Christmas period which must have been difficult and we couldn't be more pleased with all the help they gave us.

As with many parents this Christmas I was faced with the dilemma of purchasing the latest hover board/Swegway or any other name you prefer for my 12 year old son. After lots of research and reading many awful stories of people getting ripped off I came across Revoboard. I rang the customer services and spoke to Steven who was amazingly helpful and helped put my mind at ease about lots of grey areas for me. I felt happy that it was coming with a Samsung battery and UK approved plug which seem to be two things to watch out for! I placed my order with Revoboard for the pro edition on a Monday at 1pm and by Tuesday at 9.30am it had arrived as promised. I am so pleased that I waited and researched. Revoboard have been fantastic from start to finish. I also feel confident that if I have any issues after Christmas that I will receive good aftercare. Thank you very much Revoboard.

I was recently screwed over by a Chinese company on ebay who posed as a UK seller. I purchased 2 Segway boards for my children for Christmas, paid through paypal and selected pay after delivery. Upon checking my account several days later the payment had been deducted but I hadn't received the boards. When I went to look at the listing it had disappeared along with the seller and my money. I contacted paypal and they assured me I'd get my money back but it would take 10 days. Panicking about where I could find 2 reasonably priced, quality boards, as I understand Christmas is edging closer, these are going to be a very popular gift and I have 10 days to wait for my money, I started to search trusted uk sellers. I found Revoboard and noticed a chat box in the corner... I explained my situation to a lovely adviser named Robert who said that he would reserve 2 boards for me and that I could pay through paypal (for my own peace of mind) and have them dispatched (delivery would take 2-3 days) once I received my refund from my ebay dispute. Panic over... if only all companies had customer services like this!!!
Cant wait for Christmas now!!!!

Wanted a Revoboard for ages and finally saved up the money to get one of these. Loved it from the minute I stepped on it, its such a laugh and my whole family have even had a go on it, even my 65 year old gran. She loved it. Spoke to Revoboard customer service about the different models they do and they were extremely friendly and delighted to help. I quizzed them about the recent reports of cheaper imitation versions on places like Ebay selling with dodgy unsafe plugs and they confirmed that they are fully UK safety certified and that the products are tested vigorously, that was all I needed to hear and I was happy to pay that little but extra for piece of mind. Very happy with the product, its just as much fun as I thought it would be and I rate the service as excellent. I chose their free shipping option and the board was still with me a couple of days later. Highly recommended...
