Marketing needs to mature with the Card!
The card has matured & with it the acceptance of it in many places, France seems to be the exception as many machines still do not accept it, so I have to resort to a Mastercard Credit card instead.
I have been badgered whilst abroad to upgrade to Premium but whilst travelling I obviously do not have a fixed address with me & therefore upgrading would mean a change of physical card, so instead I was bombarded with fees to incentivise the impossible changeover, which wouldn't have happened if I could have upgraded. Not the best marketing ploy in my opinion! Hence 4 stars!

Like the app but I am disappointed
In general, Revolut is very easy to use. But I am a little disappointed in how paid plans are handled. I had upgraded my plan after receiving a free offer directly from Revolut, so I took it. I guess this was my mistake for not reading guidelines (where i later couldn’t find anything about this) but to my shock, I was hit with an outrageous break fee when trying to downgrade back to standard. I ended up downgrading to the 4€ plan (which still cost me an additional break fee, ridiculous), and now it tells me to stay on the plan until December to avoid a fee. Would love to know what this fee is, and why it exists, because to me it seems like a way to extort money out of your users, and 4€ a month is a lot for a student on a tight budget.
