Total garbage service.... Save your money...... Huge amount of foreign (Non U.S.), Constant that can't be filtered.... Service disconnects this month alone. some lasting a week or more.. Virtually NO tech support support. Tech support replies go for days without contact... They want you to use WhatsApp, Telegram, or their Service Ticket system... Non of which do they reply to......
I've had a terrible experience with this provider. Their service is unreliable, and the customer support is virtually non-existent. Despite paying for a 6-month plan, my service was disconnected twice, with them falsely claiming the subscription had expired.
The first time, it took 10 days of repeated follow-ups to get it reactivated. Just three weeks later, they disconnected me again, even though I still had a month left on my plan. I've now been messaging them for five days straight—no response at all.
Their lack of accountability and responsiveness is unacceptable. I strongly recommend trying other providers that actually value their customers and honor their commitments.
