Scam. Resolved.

Scam.
I bought a virtual card, when I tried to use it it got blocked by the bank immediately.
Since 2 weeks I am waiting for the money from the card to show up in my rewarble account. I wrote 3 tickets now. Absolutely horrible experience. Give me my money back now.

News:
After exactly one month I got the money back, which I transfered to my paypal account, losing more money because they added a fee for that transaction as well. Not recommended!

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been - especially having to wait and follow up multiple times.

The card being blocked can happen for a few reasons on the provider’s side, such as multiple declined attempts in a short time, mismatched billing details, or transactions flagged as high-risk (for example due to restricted merchant categories or blocked merchants). Unfortunately, these are restrictions set by the payment provider and cannot be overridden from our side.

At the same time, this situation was further impacted by the fact that several card programs were recently discontinued by the card issuer. This led to a high volume of refunds that needed to be processed by the payment provider, which is why the originally communicated timeframe of 14–21 days was exceeded.

That said, we’re glad to hear that your funds were ultimately returned. Regarding the fee you mentioned, this is applied by the payment provider when transferring funds (e.g. to PayPal), and is outside of our control.

We always aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our processes and communication.

Easy to use

Easy to use, fast and reliable. There have also been times where partial services were down, but alternatives have been given so it was a non-issue.

Refund Announcement Does Not Match My Case

Company announced that all QETA balances were fully refunded. However, my balance shows $0 and I have not received any refund in my bank account yet. There is conflicting information between their public announcement and private update. I am still waiting for my funds

All missing refunds related to the blocked QETA cards were processed on March 19, 2026. Due to the high volume of affected cards, the card issuer required additional time to process and issue all refunds, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. If you haven’t received the funds yet, it may still be in transit depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

In some cases, refunds to recently deactivated cards may still be processed within a certain window before the card is fully closed. While this cannot be guaranteed, it is something we are actively monitoring with the issuer.

Please reach out to us at support@rewarble.com with your details so we can review your specific case, investigate further, and escalate with the card issuer if needed. We will also make sure to provide a compensation gesture for the inconvenience.

i bought an "ali express" card, and it doesent work on ali express??? who thought , i paid 100$
.the support is slow, for a website with this big of a budget .
I will happily change this , after the problem is resolved , but im dissapointed kinda

Recently, we’ve gone through a number of changes, and some of our card programs (including certain branded cards) have been discontinued. At the moment, all newly issued branded cards operate under the new Suna Mastercard program, which may affect how and where they can be used. These updates were communicated in our weekly Reddit thread and are also shown on our website during the card creation process.

Really disappointed with Qeta

Really disappointed with Qeta. My card got suspended and they never returned the remaining $66 balance. I reached out to support, but nothing got fixed and I still haven’t received my money.

Warning

Seriously, they publish an absurd video made with AI and they don't respond when they are going to fix the problem with the cards? They have our money withheld and the activation time does not stop nor are they going to return it. I wouldn't want to call them scammers, but....
