Have been a member since 2001 , have lodged multiple support requests that go unanswered. They want you to verify your ID via a third party app but won’t respond to errors with verification process. Also a Gold Member.

If I could only rate Rewards Central with Zero points I would. I am so disappointed. I have been a member for many years. Wasted years really, logging in daily. I have completed surveys at times and not received any points. No one responds to emails (the only point of contact), there is no other way to communicate with this dodgy company. Redeeming points used to be easy, just have $ put into an account. It is now actually impossible to redeem. I have just cancelled my membership - giving up 3800 points, 12 months of Gold membership and 1300 experience points. Ripped off.

I thought it was just me having problems with Rewards Central but I have found out by checking that they are no good anymore. They used to be one of the best. Even if you have sufficient points to cash in the rewards are no longer great.
Sad but goodbye.

unless you are into pain , DON'T JOIN REWARDS CENTRAL! i have been with them for at least 6 years , used to be great, now they don't even pay you for completing surveys anymore! THEY OWE ME 1500 points that i will never see! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Having been a member since 2001, this is now nothing more than a scam site. No points, no reply to emails even if your a gold member, no surveys that actually pay when you finish them.

This week the annual $5,000 prize competition was quietly removed from their site meaning anyone who has chosen a chance to get a $50 prize instead of points lost all their entries.

They have breached their NSW lottery licence by removing this without any notification. Everyone should formally complain to the NSW Fair Trading authority.

Their sister site, smilecity.co.nz officially shut down on 10th August,2020 stealing everyone’s points.

Don’t use and if you have points try to get them out ASAP as they will be gone into the abyss soon.

This used to be a decent site, now it is absolute garbage. You used to score points for logging in and now they have stopped that trying to force you into doing surveys that aren't worth a soggy piece of toilet paper. And the fact it takes nearly 8 weeks to get a cashout into your bank account. Like seriously, now wonder you are losing members faster than you are gaining.

I've been doing surveys (or trying to) for Rewards Central for a long time now. It was once ok and you could transfer points with another certain survey website which was very helpful if you needed to cash out quicker. It has progressively gotten worse over the years. I haven't been credited points for a completed survey for quite some time now despite actually completing them when possible (there's like a 10% chance you will actually qualify for the survey to begin with, yet they keep spamming your inbox). I just completed a survey, only to be told once again that I don't qualify for it after finishing it. It's an utter disgrace what some of these companies have become. I'm sure it has to be illegal in some way. If people are interested in exploring this further I would put my name in the ring with them. This last completed yet not credited survey was the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOW A SCAM COMPANY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE FILTH AND NOT WORTHY OF YOUR TIME OF DAY. It's absolutely clear this company does not at all care about the people using their website. The absolute worst.

Like other reviewers elsewhere, I've been doing surveys for this company for 18 years & it takes months before you can earn enough points to claim a reward & then you don't receive it even though they send an email telling you that it's been lodged into your account!! They also send survey reminders only to find when you go into them, the 'sorry no surveys available' comes up! I have sent numerous emails re both of the above issues & they have not replied to any of them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Used to be great, have earned probably over $300 in rewards over the years. That is all now gone. In the last six moths I have been screened out of virtually all surveys (well those that work). Many come up with errors when you try to enter them. Of the six I have completed in the last four weeks, I have received ZERO rewards. You contact their service centre YOU GET NOTHING IN RESPONSE. STAY AWAY.

Have been a member of this group since it was launched.
Enjoyed the opportunity to do surveys for some small change.
This was back when I was a novice at these panels.

However, after many years of experience, sought after by many survey groups, Reward Central still treats me as a novice if they contact you at all.
Try to contact user support? Non existent.
Try to do a survey, either not available, you are not a fit before you begin or you are screened out at the reward screen.
Rewards? If you get one it is pathetic based on time to reward ratio.
If it not for the fact you are trying to save up for that final cash out, would be long gone.
Another poor excuse of unpaid market research
