Correct delivery within the promised time

Very quick delivery. Good product. Strange bright green colour!

When I purchased a new headphone cable I was expecting to have stereo sound. These cables are rubbish.

It was a nice experience

I ordered a product that never arrived at destination, I sent a message to their support and they never answered me back. I take it as they are scammers. I will be calling VISA and demand a refund... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

Prompt delivery, good product

I ordered "REYTID Replacement Parts for Bose QC35 Headphones - Audio Cable Ear Pads Carry Case Inline Remote Cushion Kit" and all I got in the post was a single cable. They forgot to include the rest of the parts! I contacted them re. same and they demanded I send back the singe cable received (probably worth a few cents) before they would send me out my order. Hugely inconvenient as I do not live in UK where they want it sent back. I suggested they send the missing parts or a replacement order which they have refused to do. They confirmed via email "We've got a new member of staff who has clearly made a mistake with your order" and yet won't sort this. Terrible customer service.

Have only shopped at Reytid two times but both times the story have been the samme: great product at a very fair price and only a few days delivery to Denmark. Recommended...

Headphone earpads basically do not/ are impossible to fit.

It is more than two weeks and I still haven’t received my order, I don’t know if I am getting scammed or if they are incompetent, but either ways this is the last time I am ever going to order from them

Absolutely gem a company in the way they treat customers.

Purchased a cable for a pair of headphones I have had years, and at the time cost a fair bit too.
The cable that was arrived was of a fantastic build quality, however when attaching It, it was a bit tight and actually ripped the cable from inside the headphone out!
I was pretty upset to be honest and so contacted them.

Not only did they offer to refund the cable but they offered to also see if they could fix the headphones. When they realised they couldn't fix it then asked me to find a new pair of headphones I liked and would provide them to me.

I really want not expecting this high level of service from a company and its this kind of service they provided me going above and beyond to make sure the customer was satisfied.

I want to say thanks to Glenn who dealt with me and say thank you to him and his team for being brilliant!

I ordered new headphone cushions for my Dre Beats Solo's and they came in a timely manner. They were the correct ones which I wasn't sure about when browsing the web as cushions for the older Beats Solo's are hard to come by so I was more than happy when I found Reytid sold what I was looking for. Thumbs up from me 👍

Good service, price and delivery

Service from Reytid was very good. However, the lead only works on through one channel of the headphones - so no stereo.
