Very slow finance and accounts…
Very slow finance and accounts department:
The university provides good options in collecting fee such as "flywire" etc. However, they are terribly slow in giving a refund. I paid my sister's fee in two tranches during September 2023. We had to apply for a refund in November 2023 because my sister couldn't meet the English Language / Visa criteria. They have refunded the second tranche in January 2024 but we are still waiting for first tranche that was paid in early September. Till this date (7th February 2024) i.e. after more than 3 months we still have not received the first tranche.

I studied my MSc at Robert Gordon Uni in Aberdeen. Despite it being the first year they had run that particular MSc, I had an amazing experience. The campus is beautify, especially in the summer. The website has all the information i needed to apply for the course I wanted.
