I went to this hospital to have a nose job but the operation was a failure and they took 3000 d USA from me. I do not advise anyone to trust this hospital. They are failures.

I went to this hospital to have a nose job but the operation was a failure and they took 3000 d USA from me. I do not advise anyone to trust this hospital. They are failures.
I was in the hospital in March 2025 and I filed a complaint with the hospital management, but they ignored all my emails. The hospital, the doctor, the management, and the mediator really do not deserve even zero stars. I hope for honesty in the response, and I have everything that proves what I wrote.

Having Rhazes Global as an intermediary…

Having Rhazes Global as an intermediary while choosing hospital and after was like having someone from your very close, trusted people, multiplied:) dealing with overwhelming stuff in a complicated moment of your life.
I could freely access them anytime for questions or rearrangements, they've managed my clear communication with the hospital and doctor, I was assisted by a translator and transfer during my whole visit. Everyone in the team who I've communicated with were friendly and helpful.
In sum, I can not be more satisfied and I definitely recommend Rhazes Global to everyone!

help in selecting is excellent

Thank you for your help in selecting the clinic, for which many thanks to Rhazes Global, who really did a great job, taking into account my unusual case. When traveling, everything was very organized, everything was clear , without delay, the translator and the doctor of the clinic were extremely polite and caring. Thanks to the doctor, the consultation was conducted in great detail, with care and attention, with very necessary advice, thanks to the translator of the clinic, I really was impressed not only with professionalism, but what is very important for me, a humane attitude! Payment was at the price that was originally said, they did not try to do unnecessary procedures,tests, did not overcharge.
