they hire you (in an interview with a thousand possibilities to verify background and capabilities, with the owner and the CEO as assistants) without giving you too many precisions about what they expect from you, or even what is the scope of your position (junior, senior, etc).
After TWO WEEKS of MINIMAL "training" (if I could call it that) they are already questioning you about how you don't know how to do the task by yourself 100%, since you tried it "twice" (quote from the manager), even when you explain that you come from a place with different processes.
The following week, by burofax (without deigning to show their face or an explanation) they terminate your contract. The explanation: you have not met the expectations in the trial period (which in the contract says TWO MONTHS).
Rheinschrift, It's unprofessional and cruel to hire someone only to fire them two weeks later without reason or notice. This action, especially when done through impersonal written communication, shows a complete lack of respect for the individual. The person responsible should reconsider their approach to managing employees, as such behavior reflects poorly on their character and professionalism. Calling themselves an "industry professional" is a farce.

Thank you for your feedback - we regret your impression was a negative one. We have quite some employees who have been with the company for more than 10 or even 20 years. Obviously here the expectations did not match on both sides. We wish you the best for your future and hope you will find a more suitable employer soon!
