Poor response for the product that doesnt work properly.

Reaponse for replacement/refund is tra poor. Moreover you cant call them anywhere and you are at their merxy. Paid whopping 1250 for a case. Now struggling to get a proper response for a damaged product received

Ordered a Rhino pipe tube last week. DX tracking shows it travelling the country. Still not had it. Left a message for Vanarack but no response.

bad product.. and the product was broken and no one replies to your mail.. When requesting return one mail came by that’s it.. after that nothing.. Should prefer to buy from a local store

The whole roof rack/product is well built but the brackets that fix it to the roof started to rust within the second month. I emailed the company but had no reply.
