Invoice

Sill awaiting a reply to my Email asking for a Invoice for the lock received.

I purchased Rhino-Lock secure Pro-Black…

I purchased Rhino-Lock secure Pro-Black in October last year which cost £25 plus postage directly from Rhini-Lock after consulting reviews. It was not the cheapest lock. This lock as only ever been used once, I had it installed and set up by a handyman friend. I tried to used it myself to test it and it would not work. My friend looked it and discovered a fault in the key lock mechanism when trying to reset. I reported this by email to Rhino-Lock Customer Service as it is impossible to speak to anyone. After exchanges of emails I was asked to send it back to them and they would decide whether it was faulty and if they would replace it or not. I asked if there was a prepaid return system. No, I had to be pay for the postage and return. I think it’s appalling after a short time, when a safety product has just run out of guarantee, the name means nothing. I have bought a new lock elsewhere cheaper and will not use or recommend Rhinolock to anyone.

Post writing this review their response was completely untrue.. Even more reason to avoid purchasing from this supplier

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’ve reviewed the conversation you had with our team.

To provide some context, you mentioned that in 18 months, you used the key safe only once, and it broke. When we asked for further details to troubleshoot the issue, your response was, "It's broken, send me a replacement key lock as soon as possible", which unfortunately didn’t provide enough information for us to assist effectively.

We then requested photos or a short video to help our team investigate the problem, but you declined to provide this.

We explained that our first step is to go through the troubleshooting process, as it often resolves many issues and is more efficient for both us and the customer.

We then offered to inspect the key safe and either repair or replace it free of charge. Additionally, we confirmed that if the issue were due to a mechanical fault (and not user error), we would cover the postage costs both ways.
Unfortunately, we have not received a response to this offer sent on 12/18/2024 at 11:08 am.

We stand by our warranty, but I hope you understand we cannot help you further without your cooperation.
