The overall service and communication from the owner when I had a query about the rails was quick and helpful. The bathroom rail has a nice solid feel and the fittings are neat and tidy. The whole thing looks fantastic and I know it will last.

A great product, well made and well finished. Fast delivery. I ordered the electric version for a client, this comes pre filled with fluid. Make sure to remove some fluid after fitting the electric element (5 - 10%) to allow for expansion when hot.

Honestly if you are in the market for…
Honestly if you are in the market for bathroom towel rails then look no further. They are the John Lewis of these radiators. Great product, great styles and a second to none customer service. Yes a few quid extra but you won’t kick yourself or wish you went for a cheaper product. Thank you guys!

All super. Ergo SS heated towel rails are just perfect for our space, towel requirement and heating needs. Service, from order to delivery and rectification of a tiny screw issue was excellent. Very good to speak to a person with knowledge and ability to take action.

I rang Rhinorails about a stainless steel dual fuel towel rail, and was given excellent help in purchasing the right unit at a competitive price. Rhinorails have also been extremely efficient in sending on some special fitting brackets that I needed for attaching the rail to the wall at a greater distance than with the standard brackets. Most impressed with their Customer Service.
