Experience
I have been a customer quite some time now and I honestly enjoy the cases in both design and durability. The amount of time I have had accidental drops the cases have protected my phone that even the screen protector doesn't receive damage. I also enjoy how they have various designs from anime to independent artists. My only recommendation is offering more case types to older phones for a little more variety. One point I'd like to add is customer service, they are very attentive and assisted me with my inquiry very quickly.

They addressed my concern fast, effective and straight to the point. Shoutout to Jonathan for allowing me to "file" another QC concern in the same support thread. Usually to formalize requests, customer service asks you to fill out another form so they can segment those into another ticket. But Jonathan not only handled my concern, but someone I know that has a recent experience with their products. Awesome guy. Great CS experience.

Awful service and product
pretty god awful customer service when you are not in Taiwan. my product showed up incorrect with missing items and customer service is an AI chat that will only produce a single link regardless of the issue. additionally, you will also be charged duties under “jewelry”.
Edit: they responded, travelling for work so i’ll have to update their service at a later date.
if you put custom writing on your bottle in cursive, make sure to contact them or something because the text will be cut off. in my case i know i put spaces infront of my words so the letter wouldn’t be cut off but theyre claiming that was what was submitted. MTF.
