Used to be great. When I first got one couple of years ago, I primarily bought it because the gave the eutopian illusion that if any parts needed replacing due to wear and tear and with maine coons, I thought this was ideal.

What they don't include is that only a select few items are available and many that are listed as 'out of stock', their customer service inform me have been permanently discontinued.
You'd be better off with Lucky Rebels if you're going to end up getting shafted for a complete activity center

Purchased the RHR Royale Deluxe Cat Tree from OnBuy. Item arrived with no notification it was arriving. Opened the package and realised they had sent me the RHR Royale cat Tree. The difference is that the Royale Deluxe has a hammock. I contacted the seller immediately and put many pictures as to what had been received. I heard nothing back and so hence my review. I can't find a UK address or telephone number to contact them. OnBuy have had to step in and refund my money and have sent RHR instructions as to what their next steps are I wait to hear or not.

This has to be easiest from start to finish. Ordered Maine coon cat tree less than a week ago. Received parcel today, built in less than 30 minutes.
I don't own a maine coon, I own a large 6kg domestic long haired cat.....but it's perfect for our baby boy.
Instructions easy to read and everything is of high standard. I didn't struggle building any of it and I'm a female in my 60s

I ordered a very large cat tree and it is brilliant.
It is of a extremely high quality easy to assemble and my Ragdoll absolutely loves it and uses every part of it to the fullest, and to see enjoying it so very much makes me feel, it’s worth every penny I spent on it.
The customer service is second to none and sorts any issue within a couple of days.

I was fed up with buying cat trees that only last a year or two. Although on the more expensive side, I can see that this wonderful item will last for years. And yes, it really is huge, making my 8kg cat look like a kitten. My cat cannot believe that he can now inspect the ceiling (for spiders). Amazing product, super fast delivery, happy cat, what more can I say.

terrible customer support. I asked how I can return an item, they said:just put a paper with your order number into the package and all good. They did not tell me what return address I need to pout on the package, nothing. In the end I have to pay for the return of the item that arrived BROKEN and not as described to my house, and now I don't know if I ever see my money again. Terrible service.

I bought a RHR Pet cat tree via CDON. Item was not the same as in the picture. It took several weeks to get reply from RHR. Finally they promised -20% discount of the wrong item if I keep it, but they never gave the discount. When I asked when the discount will be done, they said it will be come within 7 days. This was 9th December 2022, now it’s 13th January 2023 and the refund has not been made. I have written several times after that, but no reply. Absolutely terrible experience with this company.

Absolutely beautiful product, my Maine Coon cat loves it. Very well made, shipping to the UK took 3 days! Highly recommended!

Purchased a RHR Quality cat tree off Amazon, they are more expensive than the usual cat tree but can accommodate bigger cats, and several cats.

The cat tree is of good quality and four of my cats sit on it but more could use it. I would recommend the cat trees from RHR as they better quality than others, and more sturdy so I am hoping this cat tree lasts a long time.

This is fantastic quality & ideal for any cat, my three love it, especially as one of them is a Maine Coone cat, they are based in the Netherlands & delivery was very fast

The scratching post i've ordered at RHRQuality has a really good quality / price ratio. The customer service was very helpful and responded quickly on my question with a fitting solution. The scratching post has a glue smell but after one week this smell is becomming less present.
