I ordered to control bamboo growth from my neighbour's garden. I believe this product is thick and sturdy enough to prevent any root penetration. However, I have not been able to install it properly as the neighbours will not give me permission to dig down the necessary depth for installation believing that it will destabilise their fence (the posts of which have rotted and been invaded by bamboo roots). So for now, I cannot get my money's worth from this product. Delivery was prompt and I have no complaints in regard to service from RHS. I may have to use the product improperly, by cutting strips to block at least the shallow invasive roots.
