I like this plant and it seems to be growing well, including sprouting two tall flower stems in the middle. However, contrary to its reputation, it has not attracted any flying insects let alone catch any. Houseflies don't give it a second look. I tried feeding it hydrated blood worms and while the leaves did respond by closing, it was hard to believe that an insect would succumb. I can't detect what might attract insects, so I'm somewhat bemused.
