Alas before my 3 plants could establish themselves in the ground, two succumbed to snail/slug predation. I was aware this was a risk but despite taking measures they proved inadequate. In hindsight, I think I should have grown them for a much longer period in a protective environment - greenhouse - before planting out
It seems to have disappeared from my border without trace. Quite possibly be sure of the extreme weather but still impossible to evaluate!
Only one out of three plants ordered were healthy.
