The parasol was delivered promptly. It was a lovely colour, but unfortunately the canopy was too tight for the parasol open fully. Customer services were very helpful and a replacement parasol was sent out and the faulty one collected. Unfortunately the replacement parasol had the same fault issues as the original one. Again customer services have been great and the 2nd parasol was collected. I am now awaiting a refund.
