La mia esperienza con ricalewis.com è iniziata il 12 maggio, quando ho ricevuto il pantalone. Purtroppo è stata tutt’altro che soddisfacente.
Ho acquistato un paio di pantaloni dal sito ufficiale, lo stesso modello e taglia che usavo da anni, dopo che il mio fornitore abituale ha smesso di trattarli. Li uso per lavoro e ne consumo 4-6 all’anno, quindi ho pensato: perché non approfittare della comodità dell’acquisto online?
Il pantalone è arrivato, ma aveva un taglio diverso: la gamba era più larga di 2 cm rispetto allo stesso modello acquistato in precedenza. Ho documentato tutto con foto e le ho inviate all’azienda. Dopo numerosi scambi di mail, hanno finalmente accettato il reso.
Il corriere ha ritirato il pacco da 8 giorni, ma da allora non ho più notizie: non so se l’azienda lo ha ricevuto, né se ha spedito la sostituzione.
Se vi aspettate un servizio simile ad Amazon, scordatevelo. L’assistenza clienti è lenta e poco trasparente.
Una stella è pure generosa.
