Pure disappointment
I have ordered (3) three times from MISCO SRL various parts for my boat and had troubles:
1. Order 700000410/3.3.2019 for 247,34 euro
2. Order 700003557/1.2.2022 for 304,94 euro
3. Order 447395/14.2.2025 for 507,53 euro.
I will herewith stop doing business with them as I am 100% convinced that they are kind of scams. In last order they have intentionally and unilaterally amended my already invoiced order, which was paid to them in full. No refund has been made to me for the non available item: sku: YAN704571-92605, charged to me 148,50 euro.
WARNING:
When doing business with MISCO SRL, you should expect:
- No response to your emails or whatsapp messaging
- No refund on purchases
- Misleading item prices (not VAT incl)
- Incomplete shipments with missing items
- Extensive delays (for months)
- Language difficulties for international buyers
- Frustration

In end 100% satisfied!
The parts I ordered were offered at a good price. But then they were accidently sent to my billing address (Israel), instead of to my delivery address (Netherlands), and that's where they are until moment of writing this, per tracking. The communication was problematic, no responses, possibly cos of language problems. I then involved Paypal. If cos of that I don't know, but the next day the shop sent all the parts again, this time to the Netherlands, snd I received them in time, in perfect condition.

No communication
I've been waiting for my order for 1 month, I got a confirmation of payment for the order and that's all. There is no way I can get in touch with the seller to find out what's wrong with my order!
