Purchased citreon c4 grand picaso on Friday found fault on digital dash contacted sales manager at the branch who became quite agitated and informed me he was aware that the fault was known to him and refused to do anything .making a comment that it would cost thousands when I mentioned a new dash he said he did not think they would be able get a new one .
His attitude is disgraceful and not what you would expect from a local family company the branch is in ashington Tyne and wear .
They have left me no alternative but to contact the finance company to cancel my agreement during the cooling of period .

Bad experience and unfair harsh treatment
I booked my vehicle in for service and MOT and traveled an hour and a half to get there and back.An hour afterwards they phoned to say they couldn't do
any service (just an oil change and filter) or MOT as they had found out they didn't have the necessary equipment to do the job.I had to travel another hour and a half.When I arrived they had a bill for me for a diagnostic they had done (allegedly) and said it had to be paid.They held my keys at ransom until I coughed up.No apology,no consideration of the trouble they had put me to,no explanation why they took the booking on without knowing they didn't have the tools for the job.Just pay up and go some other place where they have the equipment.This is the equivalent of asking a builder to build you a house and after the ground was cleared telling you that he now didn't know how to do it, then charging you for what he had done and not letting you back on your land until it was paid.
