Richard is the only mentor I have ever felt was worth my time. I'm a strong-willed person and I don't usually feel I need or want help with decisions or problems in my life, Rich is the exception in this regard. His strength lies in his astute listening ability and infectious intensity. I never feel like he's giving me a text-book answer, I always feel like its advice tailored to exactly what I'm struggling with. I have recently decided to change careers and the first person I phoned was Rich. I've never felt as self-assured of a decision as momentous as this, and that rests largely with Rich's ability to anticipate where I need advice before I even ask for it. I could not recommend his services enough.

Richard has been mentoring me for the last three years. I've always been a very driven individual; however, having finished university in 2012 I needed some extra focus and guidance! I was working in a job I didn't enjoy and Richard gave me the confidence to ditch it and pursue a career in fitness (my absolute love), and start my own business. I'm thrilled to now say that I'm earning triple what I was earning in my last job and have a refreshing new outlook on the world. Richard is a truly inspiring and unique character, and I can say with absolute confidence that I wouldn't be in the position I am now without him.

Spend some time with Richard! There is never a dull moment. I look forward to our future sessions together – I always leave them with a spring in my step.
