Letter received from them
Letter received from them. So, my partner rang first, no answer. I rang the next day, no answer. Both of us left voicemails. A few days later, I try again, manage to get through only to be answered with 'who's this?'. Not great is it? I'm genuinely wanting to pay what I owe but dealing with them is making me not want to pay them.

No body answers the phone or email. Iv been calling for two days now.
They don't pick up the phone
Demand that you get into contact..for them not to answer the phone.
Been trying to get through all day. Even requested a call back which was never received.
I don't understand how it takes hours waiting for the phone to be picked up. This is stressful enough..
Been trying to call them for 2 days
Been trying to call them for 2 days, never answer, tried to use the call back and never get a call back. You can't run a debt recovery and say you need to call if you cannot actually speak to anyone. People have to work and can't spend their whole day calling, why have you not got a way to actually contact you?
Phone lines were all down
On calling them yesterday afternoon, the phone line went immediately to a recorded message "The office is undergoing emergency procedures at present and we are unable to take your call. Please call back later" then the line went dead. What sort of badly run organisation -- dependent on its phone lines -- has such "emergency procedures" that shuts down all phone lines? The phone lines are critical for members of the public to get through to resolve debts.
