The knowledge! I know I’m going to sound old saying this, I’m only 18 but it’s true that shops like this just don’t come by often anymore! The employees have such knowledge and the individual I talked to was so kind and easy to talk to! Plus, on a smaller note, the prices matched that which was online from competitors. (Amazon)
To elaborate further, I feel like nowadays you shop online, you watch / read reviews or ask an AI to educate you. And sure, they do in their own way. But just going into the store and asking, you get far more knowledge and you get to speak to people!
Please visit here if you are nearby and need some sort of equipment! They even have a small case of records you can browse through. This place is great

It is a joy, for once, not to feel let down
My TV, which was a little over 12 months old, started to develop some problems. Calls to customer service were helpful, but they were unable to come up with a suitable solution to fix the problem quickly and permanently.
Having been a Richer Sounds customer for many years, I decided to make a direct approach to the Bournemouth Branch, where I bought the set.
The Manger, Paul, (and his colleagues), went above and beyond to help, and was able to resolve my issue perfectly.
My faith in Richer Sounds, which had begun to wane, is now completely restored. I have rejoined the fan club.
It is a joy, for once, not to feel let down.

A great experience
Very knowledgeable expert in the shop with a no pressure discussion about what to buy - just interested in getting what was right to fit my requirements. TV delivered next day by helpful delivery driver who was keen to ensure that I was happy with the delivery and packaging. When I noticed that the TV I had purchased had been reduced 10 days or so later with a free soundbar there was absolutely no problem in getting my original deal amended to the new offer. All in all an excellent service and I am very happy with what I have purchased.

Thanks for your feedback, I was please to read your comments about our colleagues at our Bournemouth store but disappointed to see that your overall score of the branch was only 3 out of 5 stars.
Parking wise there are several Pay and Display spaces on the road in front of the shop. Alternative parking can be found in the car parks located behind Iceland or in the Sovereign Shopping Centre multi-storey, I'm sorry you had difficulties of course on your recent visit.
