I have shopped with you twice and had your advice on the phone , very impressive place to shop in & really helpful members of staff, I will shop again , I would just like to mention I do find the website troubling to use at times though

Really helpful advice from Nik at Brighton. Quick response and clear advice on whether my proposed purchases would work well and also offered similar alternatives and recommended the VIP Club to me. In fact as a result of his advice I decided to choose a more expensive turntable than I'd originally selected. After I completed my transaction using the website I realised that Brighton might not get the credit for my purchase. Perhaps you can consider how to make it possible to complete a purchase online but give credit for the sale to the store / salesperson involved.

Good service with click and collect from my local store, they even phoned to let me know the item had arrived.

Charlie at the Brighton store was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked through the door (but wasn't pushy). He listened to what I was interested in, suggested alternatives and help me settle in the best hifi solution - a WiiM Ultra stream and WiiM Vibelink amplifier. He even found me a CD deck that matched the same physical footprint. I'm absolutely delighted with the result when it was delivered. I thought I might have to haggle on price but the final deal was very competitive. Brilliant customer service!

Really good service and an excellent deal on my system . Toby was brilliant , explained everything and made me a great deal . So nice to go to the store and actually see what you are buying . Very happy with the set up thank you

I had chosen a tangent preamp111 from the helpful information on the Richer Sounds website. The staff at the Brighton branch confirmed that the preamp would both enable me to play vinyl from my turntable via my hifi, and to connect my online streamed music from my tablet Pc using the preamps Bluetooth. I am very pleased with the performance of the Preamp.

The team at the Brighton store managed to get a Chord M Scaler for me direct from the manufacturer then due to be delivered direct to my house with a six year guarantee included. They really went the extra mile so I could continue to use Richer Sounds as my preferred provider because of the outstanding customer support.

Nice shop with knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Toby sorted out my speaker cable requirements and put the cable ends on for me all in double quick time. Got the stuff home, plugged it all in and it worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

My requirements were listened to,questions asked to clarify what I was looking for and my price range. I was then offered various options that met my criteria and the differences explained in a clear way.
The tv I wanted was not in the warehouse, but one was in the shop and the staff went out of their way to deliver to me on the same day!!

The assistant, Minty, was able to identify what I was after quickly. He explained the box contents easily and I was able to go about the rest of my day promptly.

We received great advice before our purchase. They did all they promised, quickly and efficiently. Their prices are very competitive. If I purchase again, I will use them again. Well done!

Extremely helpful polite staff. Spoke to Minty initially, then called back following day and spoke to Charlie also at your Brighton store. Charlie was also extremely helpful, informative and easily price matched after I’d made the purchase then found it cheaper with a competitor. No hard selling or trying to pressure the customer which is incredibly refreshing. Charlie listened and understood what was wanted. Purchased from your Glasgow branch many years ago & also had a very positive experience. Extremely grateful you use a reliable and competent delivery company too who kept me informed of when to expect delivery, giving a more accurate estimate as the delivery became nearer. Highly recommend for amazing staff, especially Charlie at your Brighton store, & competitive pricing.
