Top, top speakers and customer service
At the Cambridge store, I spoke to Paul who was first class nothing two much trouble, I ordered the new Dali Kupid speakers they were delivered the next day I’m still running them in but I have to say they are superb speakers no one will be disappointed with these I’ve had many speakers over the year these are fantastic this is the forth time I’ve used the Cambridge store I would never go any where else first class service

I was recommended Richer Sounds as a place to get good hi-fi separates. The staff were amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me towards a turntable, which was delivered today.
