Had a problem with 1st amplifier
Had a problem with 1st amplifier, rang customer service who sorted and transferred to my local store. Steve in cardiff store recommend a different amp for a slightly higher price. Have used it for a week very happy with amplifier and service.

Well happy with my most recent online purchase the Audio Pro c20 w. My living room has never experienced such a quality sound swirling around it. FAB!

Excellent after sales service
Purchased turntable recently and received unbiased and genuinely helpful advice prior to and after the sale. After sales service (particularly Aaron) was excellent. Everyone likes to 'shop around' on the internet at home but speaking to actual people who know their business and genuinely want to help you is a breath of fresh air. Would thoroughly recommend this store for any HiFi needs.
