Pairing a DAP to eadphones
I had a problem pairing my Astell & Kern SR35 to my Sennheisser headphones. It was difficult to see a solution but your staff refused to give up & eventually solved it. They were great!

Great team, great prices, happy customer!
Visited and spoke to the team at Richer Sounds Cheltenham, I knew I wanted a high end TV but wasn’t 100% sure on which, the team talked me through my options for my particular budget with pros and cons and I settled on the LG G5 65” and which they had one in stock. I had previously found it significantly cheaper on another website whilst researching earlier in the day, it was the only place that was cheaper online, however the guarantee did not match the 6yr RS offered(1yr only), so they offered to not only match the price, but also include the 6yr Guarantee as well. Super happy with the price and the customer service, I got a great deal and they even helped me load it into my car! 2nd time I’ve used Richer Sounds Cheltenham and I will most certainly be back again!
PS, the TV is amazing! Great advice, I’m Well happy 👍

My visit to the shop in Cheltenham to purchase a DVD
My visit to the shop in Cheltenham to purchase a DVD player was a good experience. The sales assistant who served me was very knowledgable on the product and was courteous and polite through out my visit.

Have dealt with the Cheltenham branch of Richer Sounds over the last 15 years and have always had a 1st class service.....
Recently i had to call customer service and i spoke to a really friendly guy called 'Jake' and he was 'Bloody Brilliant !'
As were the guys in the branch this week !
