Great prices and service
I purchased a Denon mini Hifi ,Wharfdale speakers and record player for an excellent price,far cheaper than Curry’s and the staff were extremely helpful.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for anyone seeking good audio brands for a great price.

Really competent and helpful staff
Really competent staff. Went home with a higher quality av amplifier at a good price. With 30 days return if not satisfied. It is taking some time to set up but the quality of the Arcam AVR with my existing speaker set up is noticeably better already. Paid Saturday delivery due Tuesday- arrived Monday!!

I went into their Chester store for a stylus but my choice was not available, they offered to post one to me at no extra cost, the stylus arrived 2 days later, perfect

Richer Sounds in Chester, are so helpful.
I needed to change my existing speaker cables for new ones, I needed help with my setup, to which I was shown the different connections on some of the speakers in the shop. And with there vast experience, I was able to connect up my Hi Fi with no problem.

Online ordering and delivery was efficient and prompt. The sound quality of the product did not reach my expectations - I think its capabilities were over-stated. I returned the product to your Chester store where a refund was arranged with understanding and courtesy.
