I purchased a sharps 24" TV and had problems with it. the staff at Hanley branch ere excellent, I eventualy had an exchange for Sharps current version of of my TV. this is far superior in sound and picture quality than my original, couldn't be happier.
the staff at Hanley branch were excellent, my TV was exchanged for a new model of the same which is totally superior to my original. couldn't be more happy.

We visited the Hanley store to buy a tv - excellent service
We visited the Hanley store to buy a new tv, Jack was really helpful and also told us there was a good deal on with a soundbar with tv we wanted, which we went with. They didn't have the tv in store so arranged delivery. Our order was delivered quicker than expected. Communication was really good, we had an email with purchase confirmation, then a delivery notification with a time slot. The delivery driver called on the day to advise they would be with us within 20 minutes and they were.
This was our second purchase of a tv from the Hanley store and again, a really good experience with very knowledgeable and helpful staff and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

New stereo.
I was after a new stereo for the lounge, I had a new years eve party booked and my 23 year old sony stereo packed up !
The chap who dealt with me was great, sorted me out with the right unit.
Problem was there was none in stock ! So I was allowed to have the display Taga stereo. And it's smashing.

Excellent service
Leigh at the Hanley store was very helpful and spent over an hour with myself sorting out the purchase and paperwork even though the store was very busy. I wasn't rushed or felt to feel a hindrance even though it took Leigh away from helping other customers for all that time.

Brought a amplifier from them wasn’t available online so called telesales team who were fantastic and put me through to the Hanley shop who sorted everything out from the shipping to warranty fantastic service and amazing deals cannot recommend them enough
