( I attended the store). Took time to listen to what I needed - to replace a 20yr old AV amp which died.
Checked the spec of my speakers as another shop told me I needed to replace them all - but not the case when Jason checked the spec. Jason recommended new speakers, just in case I wanted to change but said it was not relay necessary - but given they were also 20 yrs old I may want to in the future. Ordered new Amp over the phone the next day with the branch @ 1.00pm on Sunday and delivered at 11am Monday morning by DPD. exceptional.

Very polite and helpful member of the team took my order. There was no stock in store but I was happy with the delivery date given (I ordered Saturday afternoon, delivery date given was the following Tuesday). In fact the delivery was made on the Monday - a day early.

Ordered my new tv over the phone from the Leicester branch. Completing the payment was very simple with the guidance of the staff member. Received a phone call to let me know the tv gad arrived at the store. On collection the staff carried the tv outside and placed it in the back of the car. Richer sounds price the best I could find on the web. Very happy.

Reverting to my youth of about 40 years ago decided to buy a new turntable, amp and speakers.
Had bought my daughter similar a couple of years ago

This business deserves to succeed for its approach to top notch customer service with a level of courtesy that just doesn’t exist in most places anymore.

Helpful and good advice
Explained what I wanted over the phone ahead of my visit so I knew they could sort out my basic (but specific) requirements. And then when I went to the store I found them friendly and helpful (and not remotely judgmental regarding my simple needs). I feel I’m in safe hands at Richer Sounds!
