I've been shopping at Richer Sounds for 40 years and I have always received wonderful customer service. Justin is and always has been a great and helpful person.

I made my purchase of an LG OLED65C54LA and surround sound completely contrary to todays trend of viewing in shop and buying online. I researched everything online, then called the shop to match prices. Kelvin who answered was awesome, patient and professional. No need to match prices, they were already £200 cheaper than the closest online price.

I was purchasing across 2 debit cards (living beyond means as ever) and Kelvin patiently sorted the half price sound system discount despite it being 2 purchases (promo offer was for items bought together). Then he patiently waited while I screwed up several payment links. I hope the nightmares subside soon kelvin :)

Delivered just 18h later and perfect. I don't need to review the OLED TV or soundbar (if you know, you know).

Purchased WiiM Ultra, gave us a VIP discount and delivered it next day.
Liverpool shop excellent and talked us through the basics which I guess are common mistakes when setting up over the phone. Waited on phone as I purchased. Seamless transaction.

Unfortunately, it was incompatible with my TV.
Richer Sounds refunded without any problem.

We never shop anywhere else for electronic good. We have bought television and DVD players first many years. Staff are polite and very helpful. Very knowledgeable. I had a problem only twice with dvd players. They were replaced instantly. The VIP Club is amazing g for savings. Highly recommended.

I ordered a CD player online. It was delivered a couple of days later. I got a precise delivery time, which was handy. Richer Sounds don't seem to hold much stock in their shops these days. I had to wait for a new delivery to arrive in their warehouse. I would recommend Richer Sounds, if you want to buy Hi-Fi.

The salesperson knew exactly what I required when I explained the problem with my stylus,he checked if you had a replacement which was out of stock. He then ordered the one I required and I received it at home the following day. It fits perfectly and worked perfectly,so very happy with everything.

Absolutely fabulous customer service from Richer Sounds Liverpool! I spoke to them several times regarding a purchase of a turntable, stand and speakers for a gift for my daughter. I had already looked up some products on their website but just needed advice as to whether they were all compatible. Dave was so helpful and didn't lose patience at all with my many questions during a lengthy call. Equipment arrived the very next day after ordering over the phone. When setting up, I was unsure as to the fitting the speaker wires which were not colour coded. I spoke to Dave again and he very helpfully sent an email advising which wire went where. I wouldn't have completed the set up without this help!
If your looking to purchase audio equipment or require advice, I definitely recommend Richer Sounds.

Shopping experience was as to be expected pretty flawless as purchased online click and collect, Liverpool just a tad confused as I have not had the VIP £10 discount on either of my two purchases .I'm guessing this may be because they where online but this isn't mentioned when signing up to Richer Sounds VIP .

Staff knew what they were talking about obviously experts. So helpful and Kelvin took the time in explaining everything to me, it made buying a product a pleasure.

The customer service was outstanding. I went in with an enquiry about a stylus for an old vinyl player. The team lead by Diego investigated and found the correct replacement and fitted it, because it was old a wire came away and Andy came to the rescue and took it away to mend. All this while the shop was closing on a Sunday and I’m Sure everyone wanted to get home not that you could tell as everyone was so pleasant and happy to help. They knew I wasn’t local and little prospect of repeat business but still took the time to go above and beyond. Thank you all so much

If I need to buy hi fi,and headphones Richer sounds has been the place to shop.The staff are helpful,and are well informed.

Being able to HEAR the stereo equipment in the store was so much better than just having sales people (who seem to know nothing about the equipment) quoting numbers & letters which actually tell you nothing about it, unless you're already very knowledgeable. The staff at Richer Sounds were also very helpful when I rang up to ask questions about my stereo.

An excellent first time experience with Richer Sounds.Would definitely use them again when my main TV decides to call it a day.Really pleased with my new Hifi purchase.Nothing was too much trouble and it gave me confidence that my new hiring could be set up successfully at home.Delivery quick and well packed.

Excellent advice in the shop about soundbars of which I had no previous knowledge.
Ordered then and there and it arrived at my home the next day.
