Had to wait a little while before I was seen to, other than that, a very helpful member of staff saw to my needs.

Rang up checked TV was in stock, drove over parked at the side of the store went in paid for the item, helped to the car with it, and job done.
Great value best price around and free sound bar arrived next day as it wasn’t in stock. Great customer service and 6 year warranty to boot what’s not to love about Richer Sounds

Spoke to David and explained what we were looking for, helped us choose the right TV for our refurbished kitchen. Probably the 5th TV we have had from Richer Sounds. Only disappointment was their delivery partner who to be honest has been very hard work!!

Quick efficient service at a good price TV was ordered at 4.40 on Tuesday and it was installed by 2pm on Wednesday

The advisor who served us was great. He let us browse and didn't pressure us. We left the shop and came back later and asked to buy some speakers but he advised us to buy something else which turned out to be perfect for us. Customer service at it's best!

The staff's in Liverpool branch are very helpful and knowledgeable about the product they are selling. Transaction went well and has been delivered at the said scheduled time.

Excellent customer service and Diego store manager Liverpool gave me great advice on my new purchase AudioLab 7000 CDT player.

What a wonderful refreshing experience it was to go into Richersounds Liverpool. A special mention to Justin who helped me and my father in law 20years previously to choose an amplifier. He was still there as helpful as ever. Good to see a company that looks after its staff. It was Stuart (Chris ) who helped me decide on a new television, not pushy but relaxed, informative and friendly. Just what you need when buying an expensive item ( best price in Liverpool, including John Lewis, who couldn’t price match because Richersounds had a promo code offer, very strange ). Very happy with my purchase and the delivery team ( on time and courtesy ). Well done Liverpool Richersounds!! Nice clean shop too!!

The guy in the shop could not of been more helpful if he tried we told him what we would like and there it was although he did give us some alternatives but we like the first option even went through how to set it up at home. The process was seamless even delivered it a day early which was lucky someone was home to take it in. But all setup now and sounds wonderful would highly recommended shopping there
