Excellent customer service by the Team at Deansgate, in particular by Sam, explained the spec of the soundbar in thorough detail and provided me with a cost effective solution as well. Over and above service by Sam, Will always look to purchase with RS for any entertainment tech.

Getting back into using old records
I went in 3 weeks ago enquiring about a turntable and speakers and spoke to Ryan who was so helpful he gave me a quote I went back in today but needed something a bit cheaper and he sorted it out for me top guy definitely when I come to upgrade I’ll be using richer sounds

Really helpful advice and service
Really helpful advice and service. I was only after new cables for speakers, but felt like I was valued by the team. Decent cables plus banana grips cut and fitted to my need, there and then.

felt like they wanted to help get the best audio result for me
I dealt with both Sam and Ryan who were both happy to spend some time discussing what I wanted and options available and then let me demo the kit in my own time in order to make sure I got the right thing for me. didn't feel like they were just desperate to sell me something but they were genuinely interested in my needs, would STILL recommend that you try richer sounds, they will match prices and have excellent customer service.
