Excellent service provided when we visited the shop, kind offer to test our own turntable and amp in the shop. We were given all the time we needed to listen and helpful staff was there to give advice and offer more options. We ended up buying a product that we’re very happy with after trying out different options for over an hour. Very positive experience.

Bought a new TV at the Middlesbrough store and was really impressed by the way the whole experience went. Great advice from Paul the branch manager who was cheerful, helpful and professional. The price was really competitive too and I'm now a convert to Richer Sounds - internet prices but with the added bonus of fantastic personal service. Even got parked just outside the door!

Had email communications with local branch, also visited the branch in person.Each member of staff I encountered were helpful and knowledgeable and made difficult choices easier to make. Long live high street stores!!

Initially rated service and delivery fine but was disappointed with the television. Richer Sounds responded to my comments, then agreed possible remedies, including trading for a different TV. Follow up by Richer sounds revealed that "faults" were due to my lack of understanding of features on the TV. It was not very intuitive to use. After adjustments by them the televison is now very good such that I chose to keep it rather than accept a replacement. Excellent service, but why do products have no user friendly instructions, assume expertise by the buyer and have to be fitted with ECO devices which do not enhance the picture in any way? A potential nightmare for suppliers like Richer Sounds dealing with old folks like me.
After initial disappointment with the product I am happy to give Richer Sounds a 5* rating for their resolution of my difficulties.
