Ordered a pair of earphones bud headphones on line. Had an issue with them as they wouldn't pair with my phone. Called my local branch, Oxford and Kaz the manager couldn't have been more helpful! They had a pair in stock which I was able to go and collect. Paired up perfectly first time!
