Did click and collect from my local RS
Did click and collect from my local RS. I didn’t realise what they mean is Click and wait and collect. Ordered Friday and had to take time off work on Monday to collect it - they should make it clear that you can’t collect immediately unlike most click and collect retailers. A shame as I wanted to support them rather than order off Amazon but not sure I would again

Thank you for your feedback although I was sorry of course that you were not completely satisfied following making a purchase. Products bought via our click and collect service are always available at the store selected by the next working day if not sooner, if the line is out of stock then we will deliver it via courier of course without affecting the promised time frame.
We have done our best to make this as clear as possible in the delivery information section of our website, at the basket stage, and in the documentation customers are sent immediately post purchase but I'm sorry for whatever reason you missed this. I will of course review all of these contact points to see where improvements can be made.

Great range of products, A1 staff
Great range of products, competitive pricing and very pleasant helpful well informed staff. Great backup and guarantees. However, problems experienced in trying to review the product purchased in response to email to review - the link did not work and have still not been able to submit an opinion on either of the recent purchases.

Excellent service and prices.
I bought the Roksan Attessa streaming amplifier, which was offered at a very good price. The service from Richer Sounds at Oxford was excellent and I particularly appreciated the follow up call from Damien to check whether everything was OK. The amplifier is brilliant too.
