⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service at the Plymouth Exeter Road branch!I recently visited the branch to purchase some interconnection cables and was served by Yang. He mentioned he was new to the sales team, but you would never have known it. Yang was incredibly helpful and took the time to check his notebook whenever he needed to verify information. It was great customer service, and he is going to be a brilliant asset to the team!

Great to deal with Richer Sounds again. Always excellent Service. Friendly and helpful staff in the Plymouth shop. There is always an excellent range in stock.
The new Sennheiser HD600 headphones I bought are insanely good. Some of the reviews say they lack bass but to my hearing I find them perfectly balanced.
