It was easy to choose and compare products on the website. Easy order process and the staff in-store were knowledgeable and great.

The staff listened to my queries and helped me make the decision to go for the TV I had in mind - Then managed to get the Tv and Cables required delivered the next day - Super happy with my purchase and the service I received from the staff at the store.

Needed a 32 inch TV quickly to replace our 14 year old Panasonic whose power board is beyond economic repair.

Richer Sounds had its modern descendant. Originally £249, they had an "open box" one for £149, down to £127 with "VIP member discount."

Phoned the branch to see if it was still in stock. Lloyd reserved it, sent me a link to pay there and then, and I collected it the next day from two very friendly staff.

Excellent TV at a bargain price with outstandingly helpful and friendly service.

I arrived at the Watford branch believing it opened at 10am but it was in fact 12, the staff were friendly and let me in to make my purchase, they were extremely helpful and pleasant

Matching the deal that was on your site at the time I wanted to buy but which you had overlooked.

What is the point of being a VIP if you don't get the £10 off that you say you will?

Your 6 year guarantee should be made clearer in that it is a proportional discount dependant on the number of years use. This is not the same as a replacement if it cannot be repaired.

Your delivery service is quick but should be done with a smile even though they are probably overworked!

Over the years I've purchased from richer sounds a number of times and never been disappointed with the service levels. On this occasion at the Watford store I've got to say the customer service level has been exceptional. From the first point of contact on the phone in the morning to the shop visit to pick up in the afternoon it truly felt that giving the best service possible to the customer really mattered. Well done and thank you.

Telesales was helpful but the product didn't match expectations, so I phoned the WATFORD store and BRADLEY suggested I call in to make sure that I got the right product.
Having owned a business in the service sector, I'm experienced in identifying someone who is excellent at their job and Bradley is that person - He listened to what I hoped for in the product, made sure he understood what is was about the returned product to make sure that he made a recommendation. He tried various headphones to ascertain which he thought was the right set and presented EXACTLY what I wanted and hoped for. Very calm, no fuss, just pure professionalism - even half an hour before closing time on a Sunday! So now, I know where to go and this proves that personal shopping is the way to go. THANK YOU

I purchased a Denon AVR from Richer Sounds Watford the salesperson Anca was very professional in the way she explained about the product i was going to buy and the delivery requirements i asked for,i have bought many products from Richer Sounds since i first met Julian Richer when i installed equipment in his first store at London Bridge back in 1978, i have bought many products from Richer Sounds and i will continue to do so.

Bought some new speakers, the guy in the shop arranged a demo, set it all up with the music I asked for and I bought them. Simple, straightforward and a good deal. Thank you Richer Sounds

Richer Sounds are our first stop for audio and visual equipment. Prices are competitive and staff are helpful and knowledgeable. So why only 4 stars? Because they use DPD for deliveries and DPD are awful. On this occasion they delivered the item to our neighbours even though we were at home.

I’ve shopped with you for many years and have never had a bad experience. You just know how to treat customers. I recently bought a Sonos soundbar which I found underwhelming so asked Lloyd at Watford if I could exchange it for a different brand (Denon) ‘No problem’ he said. I told him I’d damaged the original plug and it was missing ‘no problem’ he said. I’m sure most other retailers would have said that I had invalidated the warranty. So I came along to the store with Sonos and Lloyd had set up a demo for me to show the difference between the Sonos and the Denon. One clear winner. So within 10 minutes I was on the way with new soundbar and you had one happy customer. Thank you Lloyd and thank you Richer.

the new TV is good. I think the sound bar is working but the sub woofer is not connected.
fortunately I was able to dispose of all poackaging in the bin store attached to our block of flats.
