What a great company to purchase from—Richer Sounds has been fantastic throughout. Delivery was quick and efficient, which made the whole process even better.

We first spoke with Franklin—what a helpful guy! Nothing was too much trouble, and his customer service skills were exceptional.

I was informed that a £100 discount voucher would be applied to my account, but it hasn’t appeared yet. I’m not sure what the issue is, but this isn’t quite the experience I expected. Up until the item was delivered, the service – especially from Hugh – was excellent. However, communication from the Weybridge branch after the purchase has been less responsive, which is a bit disappointing. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Following my initial review, I was contacted by the head office and offered a £100 refund as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciate – thank you to the central team for resolving the issue quickly and professionally.

While I’m happy with the outcome and the overall service was good (especially thanks to Hugh, who was excellent), I still believe the Weybridge branch could improve their post-sale communication. I hope they take this feedback constructively and improve that part of the experience.

Its the go to place for all audio-visual products, and importantly backed by Which?.
The sales staff are exceptionally good, they ask you if they can help, if not, then they leave you to look around the store, which is great.
I did need help and the sales staff member was absolutely brilliant, giving recommendations, and answering loads of questions that I asked him, I purchased my new Samsung soundbar and cannot wait to receive it, everything was done in 30 minutes.
What I also like is they price match against reputed retailers, if the retailer is cheaper, not only do they match the price, they lower it by £10.00.
They also offer a fitting service for your product, a great company.

One small detail with the shop nobody noticed I had paid so tv order was delayed slightly.
I got the impression the delivery people were more interested in the old tv rather than the new one.
But overall very pleased with the service offered by the shop staff.

Very happy with the service I received from Jordan. I had been looking for an updated TV as we had owned it for over 12 years and needed to upgrade as the sound and picture was slowly deteriorating. The choice of different models is superb and we found an LG at the right size for our room. Whilst talking with him I also purchased a set of good quality Klipsch Bluetooth speakers as well.

We brought a TV and sound bar just over a month or so ago. We went into store first of all and were greeted by Luca, he was so helpful professional, he answered all our questions. We left The store as we wanted to order online, upon arriving at home we realised we had more questions we called the store and spoke to Luca again who was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions and advise us further. We ordered online that day and were called four days later to say our Tv was in store. When we arrived at the store, all the staff were very helpful in getting the Tv into the car. I would definitely recommend Richer Sounds for anyone wanting a TV or sound bar.
