Richer Sounds - Weybridge Reviews 

I have bought all our TV and HiFi kit from Richer Sounds, Weybridge as their knowledge, helpfulness and overall customer service is second to none. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Terry, Hugh, Jordan and Luca over the years. Everything still works, and I have always recieved great support whenever I had setup difficulties.

Thanks to Liam and Richer Sounds for a great demo of Wharfedale Lintons which had been set up with CD player and network streamer.
Very useful audition and a very enjoyable session with Liam’s expertise and good nature.
Highly recommend these guys and hopefully will be back again soon to make my decision for these speakers or even the super Lintons.

Friendly and helpful advice for replacement TV & option on soundbar & DVD player. We needed a replacement TV a.s.a.p. after ours was damaged by lighting. They checked various suitable options, and advised on available choices. Comparative price with next day delivery included, plus a discount. Helpful when DPD delivery went next door (no fault on Richer Sounds behalf, just an impatient DPD driver). TV all good and working great. We decided to hold back on the soundbar & DVD until we had the TV for a few weeks. The only minor issue was they didn't have all the TV's on display, but fortunately we'd done our research and seen the options elsewhere first.

Was looking to purchase a turntable, and opened a dialogue with the Weybridge store. Several options were suggested and the store arranged for each turntable to be available for viewing.
Having been informed that the turntables had arrived, I indicated when I would be able to come in and was advised on suitable timings.
On arrival I was welcomed and the first turntable set up for demonstration. Having researched in advance, I decided to proceed with th purchase rather than view the other options.
Overall excellent service as I have come to expect from Richer Sounds.

Thanks to Liam and Terry for fantastic service. There was no question too complicated about all matters to do with Hifi. It was a very good experience because Liam helped me to find the exact product for my needs. This type of customer service is very unusual nowadays so I'm pleased to spend some time giving them this feedback.. Well done guys. Swift delivery, wasn't in stock so put me in touch with a shop that had it and arrived the next day.

Great service as usual from Richer Sounds. Never used Weybridge store before but Terry was very helpful and understanding. Had next day delivery to my local store who rang within minutes of it arriving and we collected from them. Would recommend to everyone mist items have 6 year guarantee. Try them !!

For some reason I thought Richer Sounds would not have the choice that the large 'sheds' would have and I thought Richer Sounds would be very expensive. After visiting a very large TV and white goods retailer and realising that the sales people actually had zero knowledge about the products they sell I decided to try Richer Sounds. And boy what a difference!! A true in depth knowledge of the products and to my pleasant surprise were more than £200 cheaper than the BIG store. Plus the sales staff were so friendly and not just 'Robots' like the other store.
