Helpful conversations with Terry and Jason over the phone before and after purchasing TV. I used Richer sounds 8 years ago for my previous TV. Price matched without a problem. Delivery to recylce old TV went smoothly. Will continue to use Richer sounds for audio visuals.

Bought a Toshiba TV from the Weybridge store
Bought a Toshiba TV from the Weybridge branch, primarily to be the centre of a system that linked, via optical cable, to my hi-fi. Could not get a signal from the TV after connecting the cable. After taking the TV back to the shop, where it was tested, it was found that the audio out had to be manually reconfigured. As there is no instruction manual provided by Toshiba the staff discovered and applied the solution. Now, all works perfectly. All the staff were patient, knowledgeable and really helpful. Thank you Weybridge team!

Usual excellent service in the shop with knowledgeable staff who offered alternatives to the TVs I had shortlisted.
Disappointing that all 5 TVs I had shortlisted were neither in stock in the shop nor the warehouse.
