Excellent service

What a fantastic service! Super helpful, very professional & knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I went in to the Weybridge store with a 55 inch TV upgrade in mind on a budget of £1200 and ended up spending £1880 on a TV & surround sound with a projector thrown in for free! No regrets, just a happy customer eager to set it all up and enjoy -thanks Richer Sounds!

Top Service

Having made an error of judgement on a recent purchase I can’t fault the professionalism of Richer Sounds in sorting a fix. Having purchased my first bit of audio kit from the Basingstoke branch way back when, they’ve never disappointed. Top service from a top High Street retailer. Well done and good on you.

Good choice, easy transaction

Lots of choice on the website. Plenty of information on the products. Easy to order and good comms once the order has been placed (emails). Choice of click & collect sites. Friendly staff when I collected (Webridge).

Excellent initial purchase however…

Excellent initial purchase however arrived damaged and although staff very helpful to provide replacement the actual timescale was initially disappointing . The way in which the follow up has been handled has been flawless and totally restored my faith in the company. Many thanks

I agree that the timescale of the replacement is important and I'm sorry too that the replacement didn't happen quickly enough, I will of course raise the issue with the courier, as well as the branch team to find out where improvements with the exchange process could have been made.

Richer Sounds Excellent

All the staff are extremely courteous, they listen to your questions and give answers which are understandable and very helpful. We were looking for a TV and soundbar, they took time to explain the differences, to enable us to choose the best for our needs. Delivery was fast and efficient, the engineer who installed the equipment was equally professional and again helpful. We did actually have a little issue, which was swiftly and efficiently dealt with. I would highly recommend Richer Sounds. Thankyou all.

Good experience

Went twice for a demo and it was easy to book and try the equipment I wanted to test. My particular case required near field listening because the speakers would be used on my desk and close to the wall. Hugh set up the equipment to match my restrictions and provided all assistance.
Ended up buying on the second day.
I definitely recommend a demonstration if you're undecided between different options.

Great Customer Service

Bought a TV which developed a fault. It was replaced quickly without any hassle. Very satisfied with the outcome. Terry and his team in Weybridge gave first class service. Will buy any electrical goods from them in future.
