Great experience every time I go to you guys!

Went twice for a demo and it was easy to book and try the equipment I wanted to test. My particular case required near field listening because the speakers would be used on my desk and close to the wall. Hugh set up the equipment to match my restrictions and provided all assistance.
Ended up buying on the second day.
I definitely recommend a demonstration if you're undecided between different options.

Bought a TV which developed a fault. It was replaced quickly without any hassle. Very satisfied with the outcome. Terry and his team in Weybridge gave first class service. Will buy any electrical goods from them in future.

As usual I received great guidance and feel that certainly the staff at Weybridge listen and provide the best solution and at the best price. Terry was great as usual... why would I go anywhere else?

Always a great service from knowledgeable people, I went in to enquire about a home cinema surround sound system. They advised me on what to get and would work with the existing things I have . I purchased what I needed.

The product I purchased turned out to be faulty. I did waste time trying to get the device working. When going back to the store the staff were very helpful and apologetic in resolving the issue, offering replacement or refund. Overall a positive experience.

We found Terry very helpful, caring and understood what we were looking for. His recommendation was very honest and thorough. He didn’t hesitate for a minute when we asked to sample sound bars performance. He made us comfortable and displayed live performance of the sound bar effects.
What really touched us that no time we felt he seemed to be in a rush and left us with total satisfaction.
