I have used my local Richer Sounds Hanley for many years and have always received first clsss customer service and customer support.
This was also the case when using the York branch recently. Joe and Kevin were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Responding to my emails and my calls. Also getting my Ansell & Kern SR35 to me within 2 days. So a big thank you.

Super efficient service. Had a couple of very helpful phone conversations with staff. Got important technicla guidance and a number of suggestions to help my decision making.

Very helpful staff, and although it was very busy Kevin made time to chat and make you feel as if you'd known him for years.
Although I live in Suffolk I always wait until I visit York when I need to buy anything for my Hi Fi.
