In the process of a return as soon as I can find a replacement (bought a tv that very unfortunately had needed a few fixes)
Even though I got frustrated at times Tom ALWAYS gave a very reasonable solution

Excellent service
I have been dealing with Richer Sounds for many a year now . And have always been happy with their service . I had a problem with a receiver , which was thought to be unrepairable . They took it in and I received it back today . Repaired . The service I got during this time was unreal . I would like to thank all the staff I was in contact with . The best customer service I've ever…
The best customer service I've ever received for a delivery. Richer Sounds were able to provide a narrow delivery window. They staff checked in with me when it was going to be slightly late. It arrived very slightly late, a couple of minutes after this check in, and they followed up with me (several times until they managed to get me) to make sure it was delivered properly. 5 star, I wish all companies were this pleasant to deal with.

Living in Dublin and bought tcl 805 TV…
Living in Dublin and bought tcl 805 TV 65 inch. Including delivery was almost 35% cheaper than power city or Harvey normans
This is obviously a large reason but also throw in a 6 year guarantee
The lady rang me to arrange delivery, all perfect with couriers. And then rang to check was delivered ok. Seriously this is excellent customer service. Perfect experience and will definitely be using again and recommending to family and friends

Great customer service
Purchased a 55” LG G series Tv and received fantastic service from Gareth (Belfast Store).
We struggled to choose between the C and G series but Gareth was able to tell us the differences between the two, what offers were on and what his recommendations were, his product knowledge is very good.
We were told that delivery wouldn’t be till next week due to the easter holidays but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him the very next day to say that the TV was ready to be delivered.
Would highly recommend!!

RicherSounds - Fantastic Customer Service…
My experience with RicherSounds could not be better to be honest. Recently had an issue with a Projector that had a 6 yr warranty- it just died on me.
