Scam

This company operates in a highly questionable manner. I requested a withdrawal of €1,600, which was processed through an external payment provider. That provider charged an excessive fee of €152. Furthermore, the sender’s name was not specified in the transfer details, leaving my bank unable to identify the origin of the transaction.

For over a week, I have repeatedly asked Rich Moose to assist me with a simple request: to provide the name of the sender of the transaction. Instead of resolving this matter, I have been met with resistance and repeated demands for verification, which I have already supplied on multiple occasions. In my most recent communication, I was informed that obtaining an answer to this straightforward question could take up to 30 days.

This is unacceptable. Deposits are processed instantly, yet withdrawals are subject to unreasonable delays, hidden fees, and a lack of transparency. Players should be warned: even if you win, accessing your funds may prove to be an arduous process, if not impossible.

I will not play here again as long as operations continue to be conducted in such an unprofessional and obstructive manner.

Stay away

The company is criminal. I won around €22.000 on red door roulette on their site but Elmst limited (the owners of Rich Moose, Spin Sweet Casino and a range of other similar casinos with different names) would only let me withdraw €5000 of the approx €22.000 and I didn’t even use bonuses or bonus money. They have set limits for the max withdraw amounts also for when you don’t use bonuses.
