Trouble free service
Everything we needed was dealt with perfectly our under counter fridge was selected and was good value. Delivery and installation was pain free just a few days after ordering. The old fridge was taken away and the wooden door was fitted as promised several days later. Great service nice people would definitely use them again in the future.

Cordless vacuum cleaner
We needed a new vacuum cleaner and having purchased items from Rickmores in the past we visited their shop. We informed their representative that we required a cordless model. They recommended a cleaner to us which was acceptable.
The item proved to be most satisfactory and efficient. If we require any other electrical items in the future we will go to Rickmores with no hesitation.

Speedy dishwasher service
Visited the shop late Friday afternoon, after advice purchased a Bosch dishwasher to replace my old Bosch dishwasher. It was delivered Tuesday morning as arranged, the old one removed and new one plumbed in. The various buttons were clearly explained and it was tested to see that it worked (water in and water out)

Our old dishwasher broke down and we needed a new dishwasher quickly. We have used Rickmores in Hoddesdon for about 10 years (we like to support a local business) and they helped us choose a dishwasher from the ones they had in stock and installed it two days later. Rickmores provide an efficient and friendly service and we often recommend them to our friends and family.
