Worst Level of Support

I have been a Ricoh client for many years, renting our office printer through them. Unfortunately, the lack of support from both the Account Manager and the Finance team is the worst I have ever encountered. It feels as though we have to beg for basic information or technician assistance. We have faced several issues over the years, and each time it has been a struggle to get a response or any help at all. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Worst company experience

Worst company experience. After leasing a printer for many years, attempting to get it collected has been a horrendous ordeal. 6 employees in the chain and not one can organize pick up.. multiple phones and apologies but no action.. do not rent anything of this company

IF YOU RUN A SMALL DESIGN BUSINESS AND NEED A NEW PRINTER-COPIER, AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH #RICOH_AU. @Ricoh_AU Sydney CBD Regional Manager is actively damaging its reputation by providing an extremely unpleasant customer experience and driving key target customers away.
