FOX markets itself as a premium brand, but my experience shows the opposite.

The product, which should be high-end, performs worse than other cheaper alternatives. When issues arise, there is no direct customer support: end users are pushed back to retailers or service centers with no direct communication.

I was never advised to contact a local service center for an inspection, and the component has been kept in service for months, with no clear updates or timelines.

For a brand that claims to be premium, this level of product performance and after-sales support is unacceptable.
Far below expectations.

Super service. I needed support in spare parts for my fork. First of all the website is very well done and there are all the info! Still I needed some additional help on compatibility (since i am no expert i found difficult to assess if the replacement was compatible) and the staff was very fast and friendly in providing the info.

I'm Italian. I got my bike new 15 days ago. I noticed the rebound control on my Fox fork was missing; the shop told me it was broken. They sent it back to Fox for warranty, but when I returned it, they told me I had to pay for the repair. I think it was stolen, especially since I think the control was already broken when it was delivered new. Never buy a Fox again. I strongly advise against it.

Sent some 38s back for new lowers due to an assembly fault (with the bike manufacture, not FOX) and the service received has been A**. If I could give 6 stars I would! Paul and the team at Ride Fox went out of their way to make this as painless as possible for me and super quick turnaround time. I also discussed some technical issues with them on previous calls and again, the best service given. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Paul and the Fox team!

Sent an X2 shock in for warranty that took longer than myself or Fox expected but they owned it and briefed me with what went on which I appreciate greatly.

I now have 2024 internals so I can’t fault the outcome.

Based on the overall experience I believe Fox are on the right path for future perfection.

Overpriced, website is useless, and so on.

Ordered a few jackets, t-shirts, and hat. Two jackets were paper thin and the other puffer jacket has the fluff from inside coming right out. On one t-shirt the logo was faded. The sticker on the hat left adhesive. Products and Customer service is horrible. For refunds they told me I had to pay to return items and that cost as much as the products. They also said “If They” decide it’s refundable they will refund the cost. The scary thing is they kept repeating it had to be “In new condition, tags attached and original plastic wrap” but if I didn’t open it how would I realize the quality was horrible. The puffer jacket loosing its fluff they haven’t responded at all. What a junk company with junk products! Zero customer service or support! I don’t trust Fox nor will order from them again!

I'm looking for a service center in North Italy that can provide maintenance service for my Fox suspensions.
Page "Authorized International Service Center", doesn't work. I notified it weeks ago and nothing as changed.
I also asked for this information by email and got no reply at all.
Their products are on average, both for quality and price, but customer service is completly not existant. Please note that these are products that require periodic maintenance!
I'll never buy again from Fox.
